What are noble yeast flakes?
Organic noble yeast flakes are made from the same mold used as beer, wine and bread yeast. The difference is that noble yeast is deactivated and cannot rise. Organic noble yeast flakes can therefore be used in a yeast-free diet. 

What do you use noble yeast flakes for?
Organic noble yeast flakes have a savory, cheese-nut flavor and can be incorporated into both cold and hot dishes as a nutritious seasoning. Precious yeast flakes are used by many vegans as a vegan substitute for cheese. 

Usage and storage
Precious yeast flakes should be heated as little as possible. Gives a savory flavor to pasta, grilled vegetables and salads also as a substitute for cheese. Also delicious in muesli, smoothie or juices. Keep closed and dry.
