Kombucha is made from fresh tea, cane sugar and a live ferment. This living ferment is a mix of different bacteria and yeasts that 'eat' the sugar. The fermentation process creates acids, yeasts and enzymes, among other things.

The base of this Kombucha is green tea supplemented with rose hip blossom, lime blossom and hibiscus blossom. Due to the special process of fermentation, the kombucha contains less than 0.2 grams of residual sugar per 100 ml. Fermentation creates a slight effervescence in the drink. The kombucha is not pasteurized.

Use
Build up drinking Kombucha slowly to see how your body responds to it.

Store bottles upright, do not shake, open carefully. After opening, keep for about 7 days in the refrigerator.
