Vitakruid Femme is a carefully formulated herbal supplement for women containing four standardized plant extracts: Maca-GO®, Shatavari, Vitex agnus castus and Affron® saffron. The formula is complemented by BioPerine®, a high-quality black pepper extract.
The different extracts have been carefully selected and standardized, ensuring that the amount of characteristic compounds in each extract is precisely defined. One tablet contains, among other ingredients, 500 mg of Maca-GO®, 250 mg of Shatavari extract, 150 mg of Vitex agnus castus and 15 mg of Affron® saffron.
Femme is hormone-free and produced in the Netherlands according to Vitakruid's quality standards. The formula easily fits into a daily routine: the manufacturer recommends taking 1 tablet with breakfast, with a maximum of 2 tablets per day.

Ingredients: Maca-GO® extract, microcrystalline cellulose (binder), Shatavari extract (Asparagus racemosus), Vitex agnus castus extract (chasteberry), dicalcium phosphate (bulking agent), stearic acid (anti-caking agent), HPMC (coating), saffron extract (Affron®), piperine (BioPerine®), glycerol (humectant).
Free from: GMOs, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Take 1 to 2 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Use for 3 months, followed by a 2-week break.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to insufficient research. May have a physiological effect on oestrogen metabolism.
Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (15–25 °C).
Not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied and balanced diet, for which food supplements are not a substitute.
