Aquamin calcium from red alga is a natural mineral complex. The special property of the red alga is that it absorbs minerals from the sea and stores them in its tissues. In addition to calcium, the vegan aquamin capsules also contain magnesium. A proper calcium-magnesium ratio in the body is important, as these two minerals need each other to do their work. An increased calcium intake should therefore be accompanied by a higher magnesium intake.
Usage and storage
Take 2 vegetarian capsules with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
