Jacob Hooy Sage
Sage was already widely used in ancient times. Some peoples considered it a sacred herb.
Directions for use:
To be prepared as a tea, or used as a kitchen herb in various dishes. Suggested use: as a drink: pour 1 tablespoon (about 7 g) into half a liter of boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then strain. You can drink this spread over the day. In dishes: according to recipe or to taste.
Warning:
As an herbal drink: Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
