Silicon, also known as silica, is an important mineral for the body. It is one of the components of connective tissue (bone tissue, cartilage, muscles, blood vessels and tendons), which makes up about 40% of our body.
The body cannot make silicon itself, so we must get it through food or supplementation. Silicon occurs naturally in small amounts in foods such as dates, brown rice, spinach and beans.
Usage and storage
Take 25 ml once daily on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
Important for optimal effectiveness: do not put the Silicon solution in contact with metal or glass as the efficacy of the silicon may then be slightly lost.
After opening, the product will keep for 3 months. Store at room temperature (15-25°C) and out of direct sunlight. Do not place in the refrigerator or in the direct vicinity of electromagnetic devices. Keep out of reach of children.
