Living Lemonade Green Tea & Mint is made from fresh green tea supplemented with mint and lemon, cane sugar and a live ferment (a mixture of various bacteria and yeast). The combination of this live ferment with sugar triggers a fermentation process in which the bacteria and yeast "eat" the sugar. This creates acids, yeasts, enzymes and other substances. The drink is not pasteurized. A slight effervescence occurs in the drink during the fermentation process. Contains less than 0.2 grams of residual sugar per 100 ml.
