Mattisson organic fiber complex is composed of Agave Inulin and Psyllium fibers. Within the fiber group, you have two varieties: soluble (prebiotic) and insoluble fiber. The Agave Inulin Psyllium in this product is a soluble fiber, the Psyllium an insoluble fiber.
Usage and storage
Adults: 1 to 2 times daily 1 level tablespoon (approx. 15 grams) mixed with a large glass of water, yogurt or fruit juice.
Children 6-12 years old: 1 level tablespoon (approx. 15 grams) per day mixed with a large glass of water, yogurt or fruit juice.
Preferably take in the morning before meals and there should be 2 hours between taking medication and taking the fiber.
Drink immediately because psyllium quickly absorbs a lot of liquid and the mixture can become very thick as a result.
We recommend drinking enough (1.5 - 2 liters) during the day. When in doubt consult your doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
