Use once or twice a day a delicious shake before a meal. Eat at least half as much. Mix 1 scoop (approx. 30g) with 200mls of water, skimmed milk or low fat yoghurt in a glass, shaker or blender (for an extra light effect). Stir, shake or mix until all the powder is dissolved. Contains 23 grams of protein and 105 calories per 30 gram scoop. Deliciously flavored with the addition of natural vanilla and Stevia. Enriched with choline and algae, known for their slimming properties.
Use and storage
