What is coconut flour?
Coconut flour consists of 100% ground organic coconut fiber. Coconut flour is made from the pulp of fresh coconuts. The dried pulp is grated and what remains is coconut flour. It has slightly the sweet taste of coconut. This ensures that the flavor is not as overpowering in baking dishes.

Coconut flour is naturally gluten-free.

Use and storage
Delicious in a smoothie or baking products. For example, replace 20% of the flour (in cakes, pastries or bread) with coconut flour. Coconut flour has a naturally sweet taste so you can use less sugar. Store cool, dry and sealed.
