Usage and storage
2x daily 1-2 capsules, of which preferably 1x daily on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Take capsules with water or fruit juice (not milk). L-lysine+ is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnancy or lactation, metabolic disorders or when taking certain medications (MAO inhibitors). Store cool, dry and sealed.
