Magnesium form with high absorbability
Magnesium taurate is a bioavailable and organically bound form of magnesium. Your daily diet generally contains inorganically bound magnesium. Inorganic magnesium forms such as magnesium chloride, magnesium hydroxide and magnesium sulfate are less bioavailable and therefore your body does not absorb as well. Magnesium forms with low bioavailability are more unstable in the gastrointestinal tract, making them much less effective than chelated forms. So the relevant criterion for magnesium is its absorbability, not its quantity!

L-Taurine (magnesium taurate) 625 mg **
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 0.7 mg 50%
Ingredients: Magnesium taurate, hypromellose (capsule), magnesium stearate (anti-clumping agent), Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (Vitamin B6).
Does not contain: GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry place and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C).
