This MCT oil is made from 100% Organic Coconut Oil and consists of 48% Caprylic Acid/C8 and 35% Capric Acid/C10. MCT stands for Medium-Chain Triglyceride and is a type of fatty acid. Medium- Chain means that the fatty acids have a medium chain. MCT oil gives quick energy and is not stored as fat. This is why it is also used by athletes as a supplement.

Use and storage
MCT oil has a neutral taste and can be used both cold and hot to replace other oils and fats. Heat to a maximum of 177 degrees Celsius. Any sediment is normal.
