As we age, we produce smaller and smaller amounts. Supplementation with GABA can help in these circumstances. GABA Plus contains 250 mg of pure absorbable GABA. Meltable tablet requires lower dosage
The method of supplementation is all-important for the absorption of GABA. A GABA tablet or capsule of 500 mg or more sounds promising, but the absorption of GABA in tablet or capsule form is downright poor.
