When to use?
Fostprint SPORT is recommended for athletes aged 16 and over (caffeine) who need extra energy and nutrients during training or competition.Due to its liquid form and fast absorption, Fostprint is suitable to be taken during endurance sports (marathon, cycling, triathlon, etc...). For short efforts the ampoule can be taken 20 minutes before the effort.
Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
How much to use?
1 ampoule, pure or in a water bottle or sports drink. Fostprint can also be used during heavy exercise. Due to its liquid form, the product is absorbed quickly and has a rapid effect.
