Edelgist protein is made from an inactive yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and is a good substitute for (animal) protein sources such as whey and soy proteins. Noble yeast protein is produced through a special process so that the final protein that remains is higher in protein and lower in fat and carbohydrates than the original product. Edelgist protein is free from soy and gluten and is a complete protein containing all essential and branched chain amino acids.

Usage and storage
Edel yeast protein has a savory taste. The protein is suitable for daily use and can be used before or after training, during meals or before going to bed. Mix 2 scoops (approx. 30g) in blender, mixer or shaker with 250ml of water, fruit juice or smoothie. Can also be used as an extra addition in muesli breakfast or soup.
