Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a mushroom and grows on the trunk of birch trees and extracts betalic acid from them. Chaga does not look like a mushroom, but a black/orange protrusion on the tree that is very hard. Chaga does particularly well in cold, harsh climates, which is why our Chaga also comes from birch trees around Lake Baikal in Siberia. The Chaga is traditionally harvested. Siberians also call Chaga "the gift of god.
Usage and storage
1-3 x daily 1 capsule during or after meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Store cool, dry and sealed.
