Epsom salt
Epsom salt (bittersalt) is also known as magnesium sulfate and is a magnesium salt of sulfuric acid. Epsom salt is a traditional remedy for outer and inner care and is known to have a relaxing effect.
Epsom salt can be added to a warm bath to help relax and loosen muscles. In addition, Epsom salt is an ideal remedy for exfoliating the skin. Mix Epsom salt with a vegetable oil and gently rub the paste on the face or body to cleanse pores.
Usage and Storage
External use: as a bath salt about 100 grams in a warm bath or as a poultice to relax muscles (for longer periods: 3 times a week).
Internal use: add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day.
Store cool, dry and closed.
Keep out of reach of children.
