At high altitude (3000 - 4500 meters) in an inhospitable area grows the Maca plant (Lepidium Meyenii). Maca is a tuberous plant native to the Andes Mountains in Peru and the only edible plant that grows at this altitude. Maca was already used by the Incas and mainly considered a delicacy due to its sweet taste. Maca is also called the ginseng of the Andes and the Mood Food.

Usage and storage
1-3x daily 1-2 scoops (3 g) Absolute Maca Powder to be used in granola, yogurt and/or fruit drink. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store cool, dry and sealed.
