Caprylic acid (C8) is one of the MCT fatty acids. MCT stands for Medium-Chain. Triglyceride is a type of fatty acid and medium chain means that the fatty acids have a medium chain. Mattisson Organic MCT C8 is made from 100% organic coconut oil and contains 99% caprylic acid and 1% capric acid.  

Usage and storage.
MCT oil has a neutral taste and can be used cold or hot to replace other oils and fats. Heat to a maximum of 177 degrees Celsius. Sedimentation is normal.

Store cool, dry and closed. Keep out of reach of children.
