What is coconut blossom syrup?

Coconut blossom syrup is made from steamed coconut blossom sugar. Coconut blossom sugar is a sugar extracted from the pristine blossom of the coconut palm. The nectar of the tropical coconut blossom is harvested by tappers high in the tree. When the tappers have gathered enough, the pure nectar is boiled down very slowly in a kettle to an unrefined sugar.

Use and storage

You can use this coconut syrup to replace regular syrup or sugar on pancakes, in desserts, muesli, tea or smoothies. Store cool, dry and closed.
