Ingredients: 30% standardized Griffonia simplicifolia extract, HPMC (capsule), corn starch, rice starch, safflower oil (carthamus tinctorius)

Does not contain: GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Usage and Storage
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the evening. Adhere to the recommended dosage.
Use for 3 months, then stop for 2 weeks.

Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism. Consult your health professional if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medications (such as antidepressants).

Caution is advised when using medication that promotes serotonin production. This is because 5-HTP 100mg may enhance the effects of these medications. When in doubt, always order subject to a safety check by a specialist pharmacist.
