Vitakruid GABA 500 mg is a carefully formulated food supplement with a high dose of GABA per capsule. Each vegan capsule contains 500 mg of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) and 1.5 mg of vitamin B1.
The formula has been deliberately kept simple: GABA is the main ingredient, with added vitamin B1. Thanks to the capsule format, the daily dose is easy to take. Vitakruid recommends 1 to 2 capsules per day.
