L-Citrulline DL-malate, L-Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, Beta-alanine, mannitol (sweetener), Guayusa extract, natural strawberry flavoring, Choline (bitartrate), L-Taurine, Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), Mangiferin extract (Zynamite®), corn starch, citric acid, sucralose (sweetener), Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide), Black pepper extract (Bioperine®), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).

Directions for use:
Take 1 to 3 scoops per day with 300 ml of water per scoop. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (15–25 °C). Maximum daily dose of EGCG is 800 mg. Not suitable for consumption in combination with other green tea products, on an empty stomach, or while fasting. Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding.
