Vitakruid Elite Post Workout Man 360 grams is a post-workout powder with a combination of BCAAs, L-glutamine, and electrolytes. The formula contains a high dose of BCAAs in a 4:1:1 ratio, consisting of leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Usage
Take 1 scoop per day. Mix with 600 ml of water in your Vitakruid shaker. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
