Usage:
Take 1 scoop of powder with 250 ml of water or juice daily.
Creatine should be supplemented daily, on both training and rest days. On training days, it is recommended to take Elite Creatine before training (about 30–60 minutes), due to the presence of D-ribose, a carbohydrate that is quickly absorbed.
Creatine builds up over time in the body. This Elite Creatine Complex is not suitable for a loading phase due to the additional nutrients. If a loading phase is desired, standard creatine monohydrate is recommended.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to insufficient research. People with diabetes, hypertension, or impaired kidney function should consult a healthcare professional before use. Not suitable for children under 10 years.
