Usage
Take 1 scoop daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Easily soluble in lukewarm water, coffee, protein shakes, oatmeal, smoothies, yoghurt, or quark. Let stand for 5 minutes after stirring for optimal dissolution.
Do not add to water above 80°C, as this may reduce the effectiveness of Collagen Solugel®. Add the powder just before drinking.
Recommended use: 25 days on, followed by 5 days off. One jar lasts approximately 30 days. The scoop equals 25 ml, which corresponds to 10 g.
