Use
Sift 1 to 2 teaspoons (approx. 1.5 g) into a bowl. Add 60 ml of hot water (approx. 80 °C). Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk in an “M” or “W” motion until frothy. Add extra warm water to adjust strength if desired.
