Palo Santo
Jiri & Friends only use branches that have naturally fallen from the Palo Santo tree. For every kilo of wood, a new tree is planted. Fully sustainable and 100% Fair Trade.

White Sage
Our Californian White Sage is also harvested fully sustainably. No plantations, only wild-picked sage with respect for nature.

Abalone Shell
The shell takes thousands of years to develop its beautiful pearlescent shine and is used to burn White Sage and Palo Santo. Any dark spots in the abalone are naturally formed in the sea and give the shell a rugged character. Place some White Sage and/or Palo Santo in the abalone shell. Light the Palo Santo and let it burn briefly. Then blow so the wood glows like a charcoal ember. The White Sage can be lit the same way. Let the smoke cleanse the space. This is called "smudging".

The abalone shell can become hot and may crack if severely overheated. Burn Palo Santo or White Sage for a maximum of 1 minute. Use a heat-resistant surface under the abalone shell. Use heat-resistant gloves. Never inhale the smoke. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep away from flammable materials. Avoid contact with clothing. Do not use during pregnancy. May cause allergic reactions. Store in a dry place. Ensure nothing is still burning or smoldering before leaving the room.
