Complete set with five flexible cups
This complete silicone cupping cup set contains five transparent cups in different sizes: Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and XL. The Helios Holland set has been assembled with one cup of each available size.
The different diameters allow you to select a cup that matches the required contact area. The smallest cup has a free inner opening of approximately 0.7 cm. The largest XL cup has a free inner opening of approximately 4.6 cm and a total outer diameter of approximately 7 cm.
The cupping cups are flexible and are compressed by hand before being placed on the skin. When the cup is released, negative pressure is created. No separate vacuum pump is required when using this silicone cupping set.
The set contains five individual silicone cupping cups:
The cup diameter, free inner opening and total outer diameter including the rim are different measurements. When comparing the cups, pay particular attention to the free inner opening. This indicates the size of the opening within which negative pressure is created on the skin.
First select a cup size that matches the required contact area. Gently compress the flexible cup and place its opening on the selected area. Release the cup in a controlled manner to create negative pressure.
The amount of negative pressure is influenced by the cup size, how far the cup is compressed and how well the rim seals against the skin. Always start with light suction and regularly check the skin’s response.
Only use the cupping cups on clean, intact skin. Stop using the cup in the event of pain, severe irritation or another unwanted skin reaction.
The size designation provides an initial indication, but the free inner opening is more important when comparing the cups.
The Extra Small cup has the smallest opening. Each subsequent size provides a larger contact area. The XL cup is the largest cup included in the set.
This complete set provides all five available sizes, so there is no need to select and order the cups separately.
Clean the silicone cupping cups before first use and after each treatment. Only use a cleaning or disinfection method that is suitable for silicone.
Before every use, inspect the cups for cracks, permanent deformation, discolouration and other signs of damage. Do not reuse a damaged or heavily worn cup.
