Camu Camu (Myrciaria dubia) is a berry found in the Amazon rainforests of Peru and Brazil. It is a perennial plant that can reach a length of 4 meters. During the flowering period, the plant has white flowers that produce medium-sized fruits. The Camu Camu berry has a dark red to purple color very similar to that of the cherry and has a sour taste.
Usage and storage
