Rice protein concentrate is made from brown rice and is a good substitute for (animal) protein sources such as whey and soy proteins. It has a high protein content and contains all essential amino acids and is therefore very suitable for athletes and people with an active lifestyle. Proteins contribute to the building, maintenance and recovery of muscles.

Use and storage
Rice protein is suitable for daily use and can be taken before or after training, during meals or before going to sleep. Mix 2 scoops (approx. 30 g) in a blender or shaker with 250 ml of water, fruit juice or smoothie. Can also be used as an extra addition in muesli breakfast.
