Jacob Hooy Hawthorn
From this biennial hawthorn the flowering tops are harvested with flowers and leaves. This plant has been used by humans since prehistoric times.
Directions for use:
To be prepared as a tea. Recommended use: 1 to 2 ko elepels (about 1.5 g) to 200 ml of hot water. Allow to brew for 20 minutes, stir briefly and then strain. You can drink a few cups a day, for example every morning and evening. You can also make a double amount right away and drink this spread throughout the day.
Warning:
Not suitable for children under 12, during pregnancy or lactation. Do not use together with heart medications.
