Mattisson Absolute Ashwagandha 450 mg is a herbal food supplement containing ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) in tablet form. Each tablet combines 225 mg of ashwagandha 8:1 root extract with 225 mg of ashwagandha root powder.
The ashwagandha extract is standardised to 5% withanolides. The root of the ashwagandha plant is used for both the extract and the powder.
The tablets are entirely plant-based and suitable for vegans.
Ashwagandha 8:1 extract 5% (root), ashwagandha powder (root), vegetable cellulose, rice starch, rice concentrate and rice bran extract.
Take 1 to 2 tablets twice daily during or after a meal with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose/serving.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have a liver or thyroid disorder or if you use thyroid hormones or antidepressants.
Do not use during pregnancy, when trying to conceive, or while breastfeeding.
