La Droguerie Ecologique – Sodium Percarbonate – Solid Hydrogen Peroxide – 5 kg
Sodium percarbonate, also known as solid hydrogen peroxide or stain-removing salt, has traditionally been used as a bleaching agent, stain remover, and deodorizer for laundry, as well as for cleaning white grout in bathrooms. Sodium percarbonate is a compound of hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate, which are released in water above 40 °C. It is the ideal complement to washing nuts for your laundry. It contains no chlorine or optical brighteners and is made from non-toxic raw materials. Thanks to its many lesser-known properties, this product can be used not only as a household cleaner but also as a maintenance product.
How to use sodium percarbonate
Sodium percarbonate mixed with warm water is excellent for cleaning, stain removal, laundry, carpet cleaning, or mopping floors.
Sodium percarbonate is also perfect for cleaning and disinfecting cat litter boxes, bird baths, etc. Mix sodium percarbonate in hot water, fill your (empty) litter box, and allow it time to work. Like hydrogen peroxide, sodium percarbonate needs time to act. The suggested amounts are usually small – one or two tablespoons (2 tablespoons at a time) are likely sufficient to clean the entire item. Use warm water.
