Beet powder and Cocoa are the basis of this Latte. A delicious smooth taste enriched with ginger and anise. Beet powder is rich in vitamins and minerals.Delicious as a substitute for coffee or tea.
Use and storage
Per cup: dissolve 2 teaspoons (6 grams) of powder in warm water or (vegetable) milk, add the remaining warm liquid. To make the latte extra creamy, it can also be blended in blender. As needed, a sweetener can be added for example honey, coconut syrup or coconut blossom sugar.

Het lijkt misschien heel vreemd; een latte van Bietenpoeder, maar deze is ontzettend lekker. Ook ‘s ochtends vroeg al! Zacht en zoet. Perfecte dosis specerijen: niet te overheersend en toch genoeg om het extra smakelijk te maken. Het lijkt misschien veel geld voor zo’n pot, maar het is heel spaarzaam in gebruik.
